Summer Time

We have been busy and having lots of fun.  Every week we are celebrating another birthday. There is never a lack of cake it seems.  Here's a look at what we have been up to the past few weeks.

For my birthday we went and spent a Day Out With Thomas the Tank Engine.  He was at the Heber Valley Railroad.  Zealand was pretty in awe.  At the end of the day we decided he prefers his tiny trains.

We also went to the Park City Cemetery to visit some of the Williams family graves.
We are loving the mountains and lots of blue sky!!! Ty got to go fishing in Hyrum, UT with a buddy.
He was thrilled to catch some big Utah trout.
For cousin Rya's birthday we went to the Hogle Zoo.

Zoey loves her cousins!
Silly cousins
ZZ loved the rope bridge. He must have ran across it a million times.
This is baby Zuri, the elephant.  hmmm thats sort of a cute Z-name.  ZZ loved her.
Grandpa Jon showing ZZ the basics of digital photography.

ZZ is growing up so much. He is such a little boy.
We are having so much fun with our pinky and little blue boy.
Ty had a nice quiet birthday. Hard to believe we are 28!
Iron Man ???
Zealand turned two last Saturday.  We had the funnest day.
He was such a good boy and really enjoyed all the festivities.
Zoey help decorate his table with a Nemo beach theme. He LOVED it.
We made him the birthday tradition of strawberry pancakes. I lite a little candle and started to sing Happy Birthday to him... He was TERRIFIED of the candle.
So when it was cake time- we opted for NO candles.  He was very greatful I think.
He loves to be brave and explore things,
but he is a bit tender sometimes
We took him to the Hill Air Force Museum to see all the planes. He was in heaven. When we first walked in with all the planes he covered his eyes. He liked it so much.
(Sort of his way to say he is embarassed)
It is so wonderful to have Ty around.
I don't know how we ever live with out him when he is so busy with school!
Nana and ALL the rugrats.
Zealand knows all the ABC's and their phonetic sound. He can also almost count to twenty by him self.  We got him a little Handy Manny laptop to help fill his little brain with information. He LOVES it!
Butler University here he comes.

He really loved his cake!
On Memorial Day we visited Grandpa and Grandma Pink's grave. Zoey was such a help takiing care of both of them. We miss them very much, but are thankful we will be able to be with them again someday.
We couldn't keep ZZ from spinning all the different pinwheels.

She getting so big.
Nana got a smore maker. It is AWSOME. The fun of smores INSIDE! It was a big hit!
This photo of the pups was taken a few months ago. This is Annie's new cousin Bailey.
All tuckered out.

  1. Looks like you guys have been having a fun summer so far :) If you guys want to come to the pool here in north ogden, I'd love to meet up w/ you guys. I usually can't stay more than 2 hours though...they open around 12 (except fridays) and the kids take naps around 2:30 or 3. Let me know if you guys want to go. I think it's $5 for everyone 4 years and older.

  3. Well hello there, my new blog buddies! I am so glad that you have a blog, I am excited to check it out now and then. You have all been very busy. The Thomas train thing looks fun! We talked about doing that, but Abby didn't end up that interested. How long are you in Utah for? Yeah for blogs!
